Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Agmen Marketing (“Agency”), including using our services, website, or entering into any agreement, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.


  1. Services
    Agmen Marketing provides marketing, lead generation, onboarding, and retention services (“Services”). All Services are performed in a professional manner but outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.


  2. Client Responsibilities
    The Client agrees to:
    Provide accurate, complete, and timely information as requested.
    Review and approve materials and campaigns in a timely manner.
    Comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding their business.


  3. Payment Terms
    All fees, payment schedules, and service charges will be detailed in a separate proposal or agreement.
    Payments are due according to the agreed schedule; late payments may result in suspension of Services.
    The Client is responsible for any taxes, transaction fees, or related charges.


  4. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, business data, and client lists. Information shared during the engagement shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.


  5. Intellectual Property
    All intellectual property created by Agmen Marketing in connection with Services, including marketing materials, creative content, and strategies, remains the property of Agmen Marketing until full payment is received.
    The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.


  6. Limitations of Liability
    Agmen Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    Results from marketing campaigns, lead generation, onboarding, or retention strategies cannot be guaranteed; the Client assumes all risk associated with performance metrics.


  7. Termination
    Either party may terminate the engagement in writing, subject to the terms in the signed agreement.
    Fees for Services rendered up to the termination date are non-refundable.


  8. Amendments
    Agmen Marketing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of updates via email or on our website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


  9. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising out of these Terms or Services shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
